Timing of breedings can be determined with progesterone testing and vaginal cytology. This helps with conception rates and litter sizes. Timing is also important when dealing with shipped semen and surgical implants.

Our veterinarian is able to assist with artificial insemination which is sometimes necessary for difficult breeding pairs and for shipped chilled semen. We also have the capability to perform semen evaluations.

Once your female is bred the pregnancy can be monitored with ultrasound studies and radiographs are used to help count the fetuses.

When necessary due to breed, litter size or past delivery complications we can accurately time caesarians hence avoiding high risk emergency situations.
